Conceptualized and implemented Kottayam Literacy Campaign leading to the declaration of Kottayam as the First fully literate town of India.
Brought TCI to India through Mary Anne Kuebel in 1993. Met Ruth Cohn twice. Wrote an article for International TCI Journalist entitled TCI, Ruth's Vision and Indian wisdom.
Co-editor (with Mary Anne) of Living Learning, A text book of TCI. Edited Indian Joural of TCI, (half yearly). Brought out 8 issues and had to stop thereafter.
Now working as honorary Mentor of the University of 3rd Age, a TCI based psycho social intervention for senior citizens. Today there are 140 groups of senior citizens who follow TCI values and methods. Each group has around 20 members.
Conceptualized and started "Synergy TCI Forum for Senior Citizens" (2015). In 2024 started Synergy Homes on Ruth Cohn Avenue in Central Kerala. Wrote a Text book on TCI in Malayalam, and six other books in which there is a chapter on Ruth Cohn and TCI.
