Carolien Vink

I'm working as an independent coach/trainer in the field of team and organisational development, collaboration and leadership issues. My special focus is on "Leadership in interaction", leading group processes, finding one's ikigai (Japanese, purpose in life) and effective communication. I love to combine heart, head and body while working intensively together. I am increasingly working with globe themes in social field and interaction, such as ‘polarisation’ and ‘dealing with boundaries’.
Graduate of TCI, degrees in Deep Democracy and systemic work, founder/president of the TCI Community of Planetary Citizens (connected association of RCI international).
